* Owner David Gruis has built extensive experience in the construction industry since 1992. David’s career started as a window replacement installer for a large franchised company out of the twin cities, but soon excelled into his own business as a contractor. He has led residential and commercial building projects for his own company as well as private owners while leading teams in Central Minnesota and Northern California. His depth of knowledge and experience makes him a strong advisor to new homebuyers in this area.

David was born in Benson Minnesota and raised in Hutchinson Minnesota graduating from the McCloud County school district in 1990. David and his wife Jan built their own home and are located in Little Falls of North Central Minnesota with intentions to raise a family. The majority of family and extended family live in the Little Falls area. They strongly believe in giving back to the community through sponsorships and contributions to Christian Missions and hold mutual strong Christian values throughout their extended family. David’s values at home transition well into the integrity of his work as a licensed Minnesota General Contractor.
